Open Access Policy
- Goal: "All articles are freely and permanently accessible online immediately upon publication without subscription fees".
- Archiving: "Authors may deposit their author-accepted manuscript (AM) immediately upon publication in their institutional repository"
All articles published by JARIS are made immediately available worldwide under an open access license {(CC BY): CREATIVE COMMONS ATTRIBUTION LISCENCE MOST COMMON for open access, allowing others to share, reuse and adapt the work, provided the original author is quoted; CC BY-NC; non-commercial, allows for reuse but prohibits commercial use.; CC BY-NC-ND; No Derivative…along with above prevents any modification of the article; Copyright transfer agreement where the author transfers rights to the publisher. This means the following:
- Everyone has free and unlimited access to the full texts of all articles published in JARIS;
- Everyone is free to reuse the published material if the original article is properly accredited and cited;
Open access publication is supported by the authors' institutes or research funding agencies via the payment of a comparatively low Article Processing Charge (APC) for accepted articles
